Arte Merritt joins Bespoken

We are thrilled to announce that Arte Merritt has joined Bespoken as our new Chief Marketing Officer. Arte brings a wealth of experience in the conversational AI industry to the team. He previously led Global Conversational AI Partnerships at Amazon Web Services. Before that, he was the CEO and Co-founder of Dashbot, an analytics platform for chatbots and voice assistants, which he led to 20,000 customers, 90 billion messages processed, and multiple acquisition offers.

In his new role at Bespoken, Arte will be responsible for leading the company’s go-to-market strategy and implementation. Conversational AI is at an inflection point, and we believe with Arte joining us, we can help our customers unlock the full potential that natural language-based technology has to offer. 

Bespoken and Arte have worked together on a variety of opportunities over the last nearly two years, and it has been a pleasure to get to know him and work with him. Arte is well-known for his insights and perspective on voice and chat experiences, and we believe this insight will help guide Bespoken’s testing, training, and monitoring platform to new heights.
